Our Mission :
Revolutionize The Way You Get Screened For Cancer

Our journey began in 2010 with a simple yet powerful mission: to make colon cancer screening accessible and affordable for everyone, especially those without insurance. Our parent company, Assist Health launched, ColonoscopyAssist, a grassroots initiative dedicated to helping uninsured individuals access lifesaving colonoscopies at a fraction of the typical cost.
But as we met more patients and heard their stories, we realized something important: a colonoscopy isn’t always the right fit for everyone. Some people needed a simpler, cheaper and less invasive option—and they needed it at home, on their terms.
That’s when at Assist Health we created ColonCancerScreeningKit.com, a dedicated service offering the FIT test, one of the most effective at-home screening tools for colorectal cancer. We registered as a lab focused solely on this test, making the process as easy, fast, and affordable as possible. No confusion. No red tape. Just a straightforward path to getting screened.
Today, we mail thousands of kits directly to individuals’ doorsteps across the country. Small insurance plans and employers rely on us to help screen their populations quickly, reliably, and cost-effectively. Behind the scenes, we’re powered by Assist Health, the same caring team behind ColonoscopyAssist, RadiologyAssist, LaboratoryAssist and a growing family of programs focused on access and affordability.

This work is deeply personal to us. We’ve seen what happens when people go unscreened. Not because they don’t care, but because the system made it too hard or too expensive. That’s why we’ve gone to great lengths to remove those barriers. Because everyone deserves the chance to catch colon cancer early, when it’s most treatable.
At our core, we are here for one reason: to help people. And we’re honored to play a small role in saving lives, one screening at a time.
